For those who are big sports fans, it goes without saying this month is March Madness! Rugby and Hockey is all the rage this month so prepare for cheers, shouts and team pride! Here are two of the major events happening this month:
HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series: The Series in 2016-17 will include ten tournaments held around the world, in which 16 national sevens teams compete for World Series points at each round. The HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series hosted in the BC Place Stadium, is culminated with a champion being crowned at the end of the season based on total Series points. Vancouver hosted the event for the first time in 2016, where New Zealand proved victorious. This year, the tournament will be held in a two-day event, Saturday March 11th and Sunday March 12th. Vancouver Canucks Home Games: The Rogers Arena is where you need to be if you want to see all of the Vancouver Canucks games. Here is a schedule of all games happening this month: Vs.
